In November 2021, ATP became a signatory of UN Sports for Climate Action, committing to its global emissions targets:
50% reduction in emissions by 2030
Net Zero emissions by 2040

It takes courage to open up on mental health. Particularly in a sport as competitive as tennis. We're proud to help tell those stories and drive the conversation amongst our fans:
Our aim is also to be a leader in the support we provide.
In 2022, Dr. Ruth Anderson joined ATP as Director of Player Well-being, a brand-new role. Her work focuses on equipping players with the skills to optimise their mental health and thrive on Tour.
Tennis is one of the most global and diverse sports in the world - and we must continue asking the right questions about our culture.
In 2021, an ATP player survey signalled overwhelming support for greater action in the LGBTQ+ space. It also identified key areas for improvement. Through our partnership with You Can Play, we're now taking action to further LGBTQ+ inclusion on Tour.
It's one important step towards our vision of making tennis as inclusive as possible.
